The villa is located in the highly sought-after secure subdivision of Mont Vernon 3, not to be confused with Mont Vernon 1 and 2. It is located in the tourist area of Saint-Martin.

Grand-case : Dolls' village with wooden houses surrounded by hibiscus; its chic restaurants which have earned it the reputation of “Gourmet Capital of the Caribbean”; pretty sandy beach.
Pinel Islands (off the coast of Cul-de-Sac) : A paradise islet, which can be reached by taxi boat; probably the most beautiful beach in Saint-Martin.
Orient Bay : Bay occupied by second homes, rentals and hotels, the Saint-Trop' of the Caribbean, with its legendary spots; particularly fine white sand beach.
10 minutes by car from :
Marigot : Capital of the French part of Saint-Martin; the Royal Marina and the pleasant shopping seaside, but also Caribbean-style wooden houses.
30 minutes from the Dutch part with its international airport, its nightclubs and its casinos.
A rental car is recommended to enjoy all the attractions of the island.

The villa is as magnificent as in the photos. The house is very pleasant to live in, the decoration is splendid, the view of the sea is very pleasant. The place is very quiet, secure and we appreciated the proximity to Orient Bay beach. I recommend this accommodation with pleasure.

We had a fabulous time largely due to our stay in the CARIB SXM villa. All week, we enjoyed this pleasant place and the attentive welcome: the comfortable rooms, the perfectly equipped kitchen, the pretty patio overlooking the swimming pool and all the amenities nearby, the most beautiful part of the island... If I come back to Saint-Martin, I will rent it again in a heartbeat.
